Shipping time

After payment, your order will be processed and packaged will reach the courier withing two to six business days.  This time is estimates and counted in business days (Monday to Friday) Shipping time may be slightly longer than estimated time in special times like Christmas Holiday, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Labor day ect. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your package has been scanned in by the courier (This could take up to one business day).

Return Policy

All returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Behemothlabz.com If the wrong item was shipped, we will exchange or refund the purchase.

You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date if you have any problems or issues with your product.

Your transaction will be manually refunded at the appropriate amount for returned items, if a refund is deemed necessary. Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the “no sell” list. We do not tolerate scammers and “testers”. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us. Thus said, 99.9% of all issues are resolved by simply communicating with us. If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel your order then please email us at support@behemothlabz.com and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. We cannot promise we can intercept the order if it has already been picked up by the courier. If it has already been shipped, we will gladly accept the return, but there will be a 15% restocking fee and the buyer needs to pay the shipping.

We take extra care to ship items safely and in manner that ensures safe arrival. If for any reason this is not the case then please email us and we will work with you. Each case is handled individually.

If a product is missing from your order then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented weighed and photographed prior to shipping to avoid fraudulent claims.
