Please be aware that the postal service must pick up the box from our warehouse after your package has been made and wrapped. Before the package is picked up by the courier, it may take 1-3 business days, depending on the time and day.

Given the volume of orders we get each day, it occasionally occurs that a package may be lost in transit. Therefore, if your tracking has not changed after three days, please email us, and we would be happy to help you get the package to you as soon as possible.

Oh no, it appears that the incorrect address was again input. We do occasionally go through this, believe it or not. If you can give us the right address in this situation, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Our friendship with USPS dates back many years, yet even they make mistakes occasionally. if, after shipping, your order has been more than two weeks (14 days) without a USPS update.

No, we regrettably do not offer refunds for placed orders.

At Behemothlabz, we never offer dosing instructions or suggestions for using the products. We do not sell the products for any other reason than research because we are not pharmacists.

We take pride in being one of the few suppliers that provide first- and third-party COAs to our customers. Every two to three years, we also update our COAs.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if it’s unclaimed by you, the following policies apply:

  • Restocking Fee for Reshipping:

If the order is returned to us and you request that it be reshipped, a restocking fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of handling, restocking, and preparing your order for reshipment.

  • Invalid Shipping Address:

In cases where the provided shipping address is incorrect or invalid and the package is returned to us, you will be charged a full restocking fee before we can ship out another package. This fee is necessary as the error was caused by the incorrect information provided during checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order to avoid these charges.

Discord FAQs

Discord is an online platform that Behemothlabz uses to create an invite-only space to interact with like-minded individuals in the research compound community – a place where you can discuss compounds, give advice, and connect with others in the community. We call these special places servers!

Forum channels are the platform used for organized discussions. Within forums, community members can discuss specific topics without talking over each other. Since the discussions are structured as posts, it is easy to locate a post you would like to join in and discuss, or start a new thread without your message getting lost.

Finding a specific discussion in a forum channel is quite simple. You can search for the post using the dedicated search bar.

Go to the server’s channel list and find the forum with the post you are looking for. In the search bar, located at the top, input a keyword related to the post you are trying to locate. The search bar will show some results matching your keyword.

The Behemothlabz Discord server is restricted to invite-only. This gives Behemothlabz maximum control over who joins our server. Members can only join through valid invite links. This way we protect the privacy of our valued members and enable server rules to require new members to accept our server guidelines before participating.

The main difference is that Forums are a type of channel, while threads are a type of message. While they are similar in that they both create dedicated spaces for organized discussions, Forum Channels are more persistent, while threads are more temporary.

React to messages with emojis, reply to posts, or start your conversation, just keep it respectful and within the rules.

To keep things safe and helpful, the following are not allowed:

  • Hate speech, trolling, or offensive behavior
  • Asking for medical advice or prescriptions
  • Fake or misleading reviews
  • Promoting competitors
  • Sharing external links or ads
  • Discussing illegal use
  • Repeating the same questions
  • Spamming tags or pinging staff unnecessarily

Any of these can result in an immediate and permanent ban, no warnings.
