Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is a hormone that is made in the body by the pituitary gland. HGH is a very vital part of growth and development, and it controls many bodily functions like metabolism, bone growth, muscle growth, and tissue repair.
Human growth hormone (hGH) has been used for the past 40 years to treat children with a lack of growth hormone, which can cause them to be shorter than average. Growth hormone is not only important for growth but also plays a critical role in metabolism. However, one of the major problems with using hGH is that it requires daily injections, which can be painful and result in poor patient compliance. In addition, the lack of growth hormone can often be due to issues with hormone synthesis in the pituitary gland, rather than just secretion. Researchers are now investigating the use of growth hormone-releasing peptides (GHRP) as an alternative to hGH therapy. GHRP can stimulate the production of growth hormones by acting on both the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus. It is also known that GHRP can work together with GH-releasing hormones to achieve their desired effects.
CJC-1295 is a GHRH (growth hormone-releasing hormone) analogue composed of thirty amino acids. It has been discovered to be highly effective in increasing growth hormone secretion and insulin-like growth factor 1 without changing the pulsatile character of GH secretion.
From the hypothalamus, GHRH is generated and released. It stimulates a pulsatile release of GH from the pituitary gland upon release. The half-life of GHRH is merely a few minutes. This indicates that the drug will be present for only a few minutes.
The initial 29 amino acids of GHRH constitute its active portion. This is available as the synthetic peptide Sermorelin. It is possible to modify Sermorelin to increase its half-life to 30 minutes. This is known as CJC 1295. DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) can afterward be added to CJC-1295 in order to modify it further. DAC attaches to the blood protein albumin, extending its half-life to eight days.
CJC 1295 can also be synthesized in a non-DAC version that simulates a more natural physiologic GH spike than the DAC form. The prolonged half-life resulting from DAC binding to albumin would allow for less frequent dosing.
Ipamorelin is a peptide that has the potential to enhance growth hormone production, according to research. It consists of five amino acids that encourage the pituitary gland to create more growth hormones naturally. Possible benefits include a reduction in body fat, an increase in lean muscle mass, better sleep, and a rise in collagen formation.
Ipamorelin mimics the activities of the gut hormone ghrelin, which influences food intake, fat deposition, and GH secretion. It binds to the ghrelin receptor in the brain to selectively trigger the pituitary gland’s production of growth hormone. [R]
GHRP-2 is a synthetic agonist of ghrelin, which binds to the growth hormone (GH) secretagogue receptor. Both GH secretion and appetite/meal initiation are stimulated by Ghrelin.
Extensive research has been conducted on GHRP-2 as a selective growth hormone secretagogue, and animal experiments have demonstrated its effect on food consumption.
CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetically modified form of GHRH that has been designed to have a longer half-life and prolonged duration of action compared to natural GHRH. This is achieved by linking the GHRH molecule to a reactive chemical called maleimidoproprionic acid (MPA) which binds to unpaired thiol (sulfhydryl) groups on endogenous serum albumin after subcutaneous administration.
This binding process enables at least 90% of CJC-1295 to bind covalently to albumin, which extends the half-life of the active pharmacophore and results in a markedly prolonged duration of action in several animal species. The binding also helps to protect the compound from proteolytic cleavage and degradation.
Studies in dogs and pigs indicate that physiological GH secretion is maintained, and IGF-I levels are enhanced for several days after a single administration of CJC-1295 with DAC. No other chemical species have been found bound to DAC-GRF after administration. [R]
Ipamorelin peptides work by binding to specific receptors (known as ghrelin receptors) on the surface of cells in the pituitary gland, which then triggers the release of growth hormone. Ipamorelin was rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream after subcutaneous injection and reached peak levels within 15-30 minutes. The drug was then eliminated from the body with a half-life of approximately 2-3 hours.[R]
GHRP-2 is a synthetic agonist of ghrelin, a gut peptide that binds to the growth hormone secretagogue receptor. Ghrelin has two major effects, stimulating both growth hormone levels secretion and appetite/meal initiation. GHRP-2 works by mimicking the action of ghrelin and has been extensively studied for its utility as a growth hormone secretagogue (GHS).
When combined, the CJC-1295 with DAC + Ipamorelin + GHRP-2 blend can have a potential synergistic effect on GH secretion, leading to increased muscle mass, and improved recovery time. The prolonged half-life of CJC-1295 with DAC and the short half-life of Ipamorelin complement each other, allowing for sustained and intermittent release of growth hormone, respectively. The appetite-stimulating effect of GHRP-2 can also aid in increasing caloric intake, which can be beneficial for muscle growth.
Multiple animal and cell-based studies have been conducted on CJC-1295 with DAC + Ipamorelin + GHRP-2 Blend. This research chemical has also been the subject of clinical research. All these pieces of research have shown that CJC-1295 with DAC + Ipamorelin + GHRP-2 Blend can potentially increase muscle mass and improve bone health
However, in the absence of randomized, large-scale, placebo-controlled trials, the FDA is yet to approve CJC-1295 with DAC + Ipamorelin + GHRP-2 Blend for human consumption. Therefore, Behemoth Labz sells CJC-1295 with DAC + Ipamorelin + GHRP-2 Blend for laboratory and research purposes, not for human use.
In a study comparing the effects of ipamorelin, a growth hormone secretagogue, and growth hormone (GH) treatment on body fat in mice, it was found that ipamorelin increased body weight and fat pad weights relative to body weight in both GH-deficient and GH-intact mice. The study, which lasted for nine weeks, showed that mice that were GH-deficient had an increase of 15.3% in their body weight after treatment with ipamorelin. In contrast, GH treatment increased body weight but decreased relative fat mass in GH-deficient mice and had no effect in GH-intact mice. The study also found that treatment with ipamorelin and another GHS increases food intake and serum leptin levels in GH-intact mice, suggesting that the increase in body fat was due to GH-independent mechanisms that may involve increased feeding. These findings suggest that ipamorelin may have the potential to increase body fat in mice, possibly through increased feeding. However, further research is needed to determine the effects and risks of using ipamorelin for body fat regulation in humans. [R]
On young female rats, the effects of the growth hormone secretagogues ipamorelin and GH-releasing peptide-6 (GHRP-6) on bone mineral content were investigated. The total BMC: body weight ratio was unaffected by treatment with ipamorelin and GHRP-6, as determined by dual X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) in vivo. The increase in bone mineral content was attributable to an increase in bone growth and an increase in bone dimensions, whereas bone mineral density per unit volume remained unchanged. These findings suggest that ipamorelin and GHRP-6 may have a positive impact on bone health, possibly promoting bone formation and remodeling. Notably, greater research is required to assess the potential benefits and risks of utilizing these peptide blends for bone health in humans; yet, this could have enormous ramifications for the treatment of bone problems such as osteoporosis. [R]
Ipamorelin, which is known as a growth hormone secretagogue, was the subject of research that investigated the ways in which it can mitigate the unfavorable effects of glucocorticoids on skeletal muscles and bones in rats. According to the findings of the study, administering Ipamorelin led to improved bone growth and muscle strength in rats. Additional clinical tests are required to evaluate whether or not ipamorelin can have the same anabolic effects in people as it does in animals. [R]
GHRP-2 is a sort of GH secretagogue with the ability to increase food intake and body fat. Researchers examined the metabolic effects of GHRP-6, another GH secretagogue, on diabetic rats to see whether insulin plays a role. In rats with diabetes, insulin improved hyperglycemia, hyperphagia, polydipsia, and weight loss, but not GHRP-6. In diabetic rats, treatment with GHRP-6 boosted fatty acid synthase and glucose transporter-4 gene expression and amplified the effect of insulin on weight gain and visceral fat mass accumulation. This indicates that some of the metabolic effects of GHRP-6 are insulin/glucose-dependent. [R]
A study looked at how IGF-1 levels were affected by GH secretagogues like GHRP-2, GHRP-6, and SERM. Compliance with three doses a day was looked at in 105 men who wanted to gain lean body mass and lose fat. After continued treatment for an average of 134 days, the average post-treatment IGF-1 level of the 14 men went from 159.5 ng/mL to 239.0 ng/mL, which is a big change. When E synthesis was stopped or estrogen receptors were blocked, IGF-1 levels went up less. These results imply that GHRP/SERM therapy may be helpful for males with illnesses that can be helped by more GH being released. [R]
CJC-1295 with DAC + Ipamorelin + GHRP-2 Blend is not FDA-approved in the US. Most sports and athletic events prohibit performance-enhancing substances, including GHRP-2.
